“Storm Shelter” was photographed during a rain storm at a small fishing harbor near French Creek located north of Nanaimo on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. Due to weather, all of the fishing vessels were in port creating a dense scene of decks and masts in the harbor. The image was created from several photos which are blended together in Photoshop. The blended layers explore the movement and density of the masts, rigging, and boat hulls that sheltered during the storm. Click on link for larger image in new window.
